The Philip Charles Collection.
Handcrafted. Hand-Painted. Built to Last.

Some kitchens are installed. Ours are created.

Handmade kitchens for Isle of Man homes that deserve something special.

THE PHILIP CHARLES COLLECTION

Bright modern kitchen with white marble countertops, dark green cabinets, pendant lights, a window with plants, and kitchen items including a coffee carafe, bread on a wooden cutting board, flowers in a white vase, and copper pots.

There’s a moment, after the dust has settled and the last brush stroke has dried, when a kitchen stops being a room and becomes part of a home. That’s what we build towards with every bespoke kitchen on the Isle of Man.

Every cabinet is crafted from solid timber and oak or birch-veneered plywood, hand-painted to your specification. Every door is made precisely to your specification. Every finish checked by the same people who built it.

What Makes a Philip Charles Collection Kitchen Different

Solid Timber
Construction

We use solid timber and oak or birch-veneered ply throughout our bespoke kitchens. Cabinetry Interiors are built to the same standard as the exteriors, because the inside matters too.

Hand-Painted
To Your Specification

Every door in the Philip Charles Collection is finished by hand using premium heritage paints trusted in some of the UK’s finest homes. The colour palette is vast, but if you have something specific in mind, we’ll find a way to make it happen.

Made to Measure.
Truly

Standard cabinets come in standard sizes. Our bespoke kitchen cabinets don’t. Every unit is built to the exact dimensions of your space, filling awkward alcoves, fitting around period features, and working with your home rather than against it.

Designed
Around You

From the first conversation to the final reveal, this is a process built around your vision. We listen, we advise, we collaborate, and then we build. Our designers have the experience to know what works, and the honesty to tell you when something won’t.

A Love of Craft. Handcrafted kitchens for the Isle of Man

A kitchen with cream-colored cabinets, a marble countertop, a stove, a range hood, a small window, and glass-fronted cabinets with white dishes, glasses, and a yellow pitcher.

THE MAKER STORY

The Philip Charles Collection grew from a simple belief: that the best kitchens are built by hand, by people who care. Our roots are in joinery and craftsmanship, what some in the trade call the ‘sawdust’ heritage, and that tradition runs through every cabinet we make. As we move further toward complete in-house manufacturing, we’re investing in the skills and materials to produce furniture that will still be standing, and still turning heads, fifty years from now.
