The Challenge
These clients had already trusted us with their kitchen. When it came to redesigning two bathrooms, a family bathroom and a master en-suite, it made sense to come back to the same team. They wanted bathrooms that felt like a natural continuation of the rest of the house: beautifully considered, made from proper materials, and finished with the same care as the rooms downstairs.
The Solution
Both rooms were stripped back to the bare walls, then replumbed, rewired, and rebuilt from scratch. The vanity units are from the Philip Charles Bespoke Collection: solid timber, and hand-painted in Little Greene colours, with Dekton surfaces and sit-on sinks. The same approach that makes our kitchens feel the way they do, applied to rooms that deserve it just as much.
The family bathroom is calm and considered, an environment that works for everyone and looks great doing it. The en-suite is something different. Dark green on the vanity, and a statement wallpaper that wraps the top half of the room in a way that makes the space feel intentional rather than decorated. Brass and black hardware ties both rooms together, a thread that runs through the house without becoming repetitive.
Tiles were sourced with the same care as the cabinetry. Multiple samples were available in our showroom for the clients to view in context against the colours they were choosing. It’s the kind of process that takes longer but means you never end up with a colour or texture combination you regret.
